Techniques for Strong Text for Email Newsletters

No matter how experienced an email marketer is, any mailing for him begins with two questions: “Where to start” and “How to write”.  All these ordeals take from a few minutes – for professionals, to several hours – for beginners. And high conversions are not guaranteed.

Having studied the books of the gurus of modern copywriting – Denis Kaplunov, Ilya Ilyakhov and Elina Slobodenyuk, we have compiled a personal formula for the text that “hooks” the reader and saves them from wasting time searching for words and ideas for letters. Tested on our clients’ mailings!

So this is what you are, a strong text!

Conversion text = strong text. Rarely will any reader list to data appreciate artistic turns of phrase, metaphors or allegories in a letter.  These are the three pillars of a strong text. Its task is to accurately convey the meaning of the message, and not to foist off a product.

It is difficult to create such a message, but it is possible. It is enough that it meets 3 parameters:

1. Easy to read

This can be achieved in several ways. The most effective of them is to break complex sentences into simple ones. The optimal sentence size is 7-10 words . Anything more 9 track results of your existing social selling efforts overloads the brain and creates the effect of “I read it and didn’t understand what it was about.”

At the same time, a text of simple and short phrases turns it into an emotional desert, dry and formal. Add oases to it: alternate long sentences with short ones.

Don’t do it like this:

“We offer the best solutions that automate the search for information by product categories and synchronize your databases with supplier databases. The goal of our uae phone number business is to create comfortable conditions for your business to operate”

This is how it should be:

“Our service makes searching your databases faster. In addition, it allows you to track supplier prices.”

The second way to make the text readable is to follow the rule “ One thought in one sentence” . Let’s show you an example:
